HP BL20p and Insight Manager

Hi Guys,

I have 2 HP Blade enclosure. I am using Insight Manager to manage the blades. For some reason, the Insight Manager is able to detect all of my blades except for 2. It is not able to capture information such OS, Seial No, etc.

What is likely problem? I am new at Blade :)

Hi Iwan

Try the following on the blades which arent being detected.

1) Goto ILO SNMP Settings and assign the IP address of the HP SIM server and the host Server
2) Open the SNMP service settings and in the Traps tab specify the IP address of the HP SIM Server.
