HP BladeSystem noise

Hello,

can you suggest how to reduce to minimum the noise generated by a HP BladeSystem? The high pitch generated by its psu fans is particularly exasperating.
The enclosure is hosting several BL20p running Linux RHEL 3.0, if it matters.
