HP DL 145 G1 Scsi Raid Controller

Is is possible to put a pci-x scsi raid controller in a HP DL 145 G1?

Anyone that has done it, and with what controller?

If the server has a PCI-X expansion slot, you can install the pci-x raid controller.

But be careful when choosing the slot for installation. The frequency values must meet.


And doesnt the server has an onboard scsi & raid controller? Or I think it has a SATA raid controller.

No, the machine is a 360520-B21 with only a ATA onboard controller. Everywhere they say that all controllers are for G2 and not for G1, becouse I was thinking to install the LSI20320R
