HP DL 360 G3
Hello All,
I wish to install Win XP on one of these machines but probably due to missing HDD drivers the setup fails to detect the HDD.
Is there a solution for this problem please suggest.
Thanks in advance.

Re: HP DL 360 G3
Hi,
Have you tried to load extra drivers via a floppy and F6 during boot?
What controller are you using?
If you are using the builtin 5i plus on the system board then maybe a driver on this download page might work?
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=no&prodNameId=3288130&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=316529&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=181#113215
Have a driver called " HP ProLiant Smart Array 5x and 6x Controller Driver for Windows 2000/Windows Server 2003 ", maybe that will work for you?
As far as I can see XP is not supported on this server but 2003, 2000 and NT 4.0 is.

If you want to install one of those there is a SmartStart 7.90 on the top link that will assist you with the installation.
Please respond here with how things go :)
