HP DL 360 G4 - randomly rebooting
To follow other threads
One of my customers' server has 2000SP4 loaded. It is the citrix server (5 user)
The server keeps rebooting at random times. Often multiple times a day, although rarely, if ever, with no users connected.
A HP engineer has been on site - replaced memory, updated firmware and ran diagnostics (all clean) - unfortunately the server rebooted 1 hour after he left.
The machine boots with no 'pre' messages in the log, just ones telling us that it has recovered.
The latest System information agent reported [SNMP TRAP: 6025 in CPQHLTH.MIB]
I have attached the latest 2 dumpchk files.
They both report Kernal Symbols are wrong on various files.
Any suggestions ?
