Folks,
How do I remotely located the Product number for an HP DL 360 G5 server? I need the product number to register an HP care pack.

You can get this information from the System Information section in the System Management Homepage, accessible at (in browser):
https://:2381

User name & password would be the same as the computer (server) administrator user name & password.

Jeff,

If you know the serial number of the server you can obtain the product id from the following link.

http://h50001.www5.hp.com/ewc/EntResultRouter

Pick your Country and Entitlement Option (Choose All for this one) from the drop-down boxes. Enter the serial number in that field and then click the "Get Entitlement" box at the bottom of the page.

The resultant information should include the specific product ID for that serial number.
