HP DL 380 G6 smart start hang

I am facing the following problem with two customer.
when we are booting with smart start it reaching the collecting drivers screen and stop on 2 of 4 and not completing after that.
is there any body facing the same issue and can help us to solve it.

had this problem, too with my blades(bl460c g6)in a c3000. didnt solve the problem, after some restarts it worked sometimes... sometimes not. what smart start version do u use ?
