HP DL160 G5 KVM problem

Hi,

i have 11 DL160 G5 servers connected to a tripplite KVM B020-016-17. The Video works fine but the keyboard and mouse doesn't work.

What can be happening? There is a fix or patch update to resoved these issue?

I have a similar issue with a Dell KVM. The video & keyboard work fine. However the mouse will not work if rebooted. If you shut down the server & remove the power, then boot it up it works fine.

We have multiple servers hooked up to this KVM with no issues. I've called HP support & there is no fix! I will not be recommending this server!
