good day , how does this server regulate the fans?
is there a temprature sensor controlling the fans?
and if there is where would it sit so i can see if its not being blocked by some dirt and other crap server suck up from the air

You can't regulated the speed fans, because is regulated automatically by ILO;
All Sensor are monitored By ILO when the temperature is High the fans automatically runs more fast.
For this server the ILO dedicate is optional
