I have pretty much narrowed this down to being a problem with the HP Single Channel Ultra320 SCSI G2 Host Bus Adapter (64-Bit/133-MHz Single Channel Ultra320 SCSI HBA G2 374654-B21) driver but I don't know what else to try to get it to stop BSODing. I have tried every solution I can find (drivers, firmware, hotfixes, different UPSs (APC SmartUPS 1500 & HP R3000 XR), HKLM\....\Storport\BusyRetryCount 250, Disabling TCP Checksum offload, RAM and Hard Drive Diagnostics, etc, etc, etc) and still it keeps rebooting.
