HP DL360 - Boot Problems

Hi, I have recently reformatted one of our old servers, however when it boots up it says operating system configured for windows NT and i have to press F1 to continue, everytime. Now windows 2003 server is on the machine, so am i able to change the config so the system knows this and i will not have to press F1 everytime?
