HP DL360 G4 No post No video

I am trying to build this server and get no viedio or post on the dl360 g4.   Doing some research I have reseated the ram and used different ram, reseated riser, cleared the NVRAM and still get nothing.    Heath check is all green, no oragne leds inside.  Fans spin up on boot then calm down.    I am at a loss thinking maybe bmobo is bad.   Any one have some suggestions?

Most probable cause is System board only, but you can also try swapping the CPU just to validate.

How is swapping cpu going to help?     The wierd part is the fan go on high then they calm down.   So  system is booting I would say.  Do they make video cards to fit these things?

Trying to find a PCI video card that is compatible to pop in there.   Anyone know what I could put in there and work?
