HP DL360 G4 no video signal,no boot and no iLO after iLO upgrade

Hi to all,
I have upgraded 4 iLO in my DL360 G4 servers.
One of that iLO dead after upgrade reboot.
Trying to "restart" iLO interface, I have shutdown my server, removed power supply and turn on it again.
From that moment my server turn on FAN, but it haven't video signal output or boot and iLO is always unreachable. I have also tried turning on my server with PCI-X MAXTOR VGA, without good results.
LED System signal stop after 15sec with: CR16 CR17 CR23 (green). Sometimes also another led called "CABLE INTLOCK" is on (orange).
Can you help me?

Begining on page 61 there are explanations about LED status.
