Hallo

Every day reboot our DL360 G5 with this error..

Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF5794A61, 0xB3BB72B4, 0xB3BB6FB0))

Have somebody have the same problem?

Are there a solution of this problem?

Hi, it could be related to new 8.20 and 8.25 PSP ASR problems.

What version is installed on your server?

Can you tell me where I see which PSP version there are installed ??

PSP is just a bundle of software so if you don't know (or remember) it is difficult to say...

Try to check the following versions:

*HP ProLiant iLO 2 Management Controller Driver

*HP System Management Homepage


*HP Insight Management Agents

HP Insight Management Agents 8.20.0.0

HP Lights-Out Online Configuration Utility 2.1.0.1

HP System Management Homepage 3.0.0.64

I can see "HP System Management Homepage" version 3.0.1.73 are available now and 8.26.0.0 for HP Insight Management Agents.

Downgrade the iLO2 Management Controller Driver to version 1.80.

Thank I will try to downgrade the ILO2.

But are the problem not resolved in Version: 1.11.0.0 (7 Apr 2009) ???

Fixes
Corrected an issue that could cause Windows to hang when shutting down, restarting, or entering hibernation.
Resolved a problem where system could spontaneously reboot (ASR) if all CPU's were under continuous 100% load, and iLO 2 was reset (e.g. due to firmware update, changes to network settings, etc.).
