HP DL360 G6 Error hard disk after replace the hard disk fail

We have the HP DL360 G6 server.

When we checking the system and see the erros with hard disk.

We replace the failed hard disk with a new hp hard disk. And then the error was be clear. But, after few days.  We checking again. The hard disk error again, and we replaced continues with a new hard disk. But it been same! The hard disk to be error

your controller has firmware version 3.52, but current is 6.64.

I would update first...
