HP DL360 Gen10: SFP28 optics getting killed

Hello,

we have problems with the following interface cards in our DL360 Gen10 server:
HPE Ethernet 10/25Gb 2-port 640FLR-SFP28
HPE Ethernet 10/25Gb 2-port 640SFP28 Adapter

The inserted SFP28 optics are getting killed after some time, i.e. they work for weeks, after that they start with link flapping,

Are there any known issues with those cards or those servers?

Are NIC OS drivers and NIC Firmware (Mellanox) both updated at latest availabke releases? what transceivers are used? is the Switch on the other end fully updated too?
