HP DL360 SCSI

Hi
I have a HP DL360 U320 SCSI and would like to attach a HP MSA20 to it. I have done this on a DL380 with an additional 6400 card but wondered if I could add an additional RAID card to the DL360 so that I can attach it to the MSA. If so, what card do I need please.

Many Thanks in advance
Darren

Re: HP DL360 SCSI

The below cards will work:
64-Bit/133-MHz Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter (268351-B21)
Ultra320 Expansion Module for SA-6402(273911-B21)
64-Bit/133-MHz Single Channel Ultra320 SCSI HBA G2(374654-B21)

Re: HP DL360 SCSI

Hi Ali

I am having problems sourcing the Ultra320 Expansion Module for SA-6402(273911-B21), as I want the advanced data guarding this seems like the best one to go for.
Will the HP Smart Array 6402 RAID Controller 273915-B21 + Battery Backup work with the dl360 g4?
Sorry for the newbie questions here.

Thanks
Darren

Re: HP DL360 SCSI

Hi,

6402 will work just fine with the dl360 g4,
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11937_na/11937_na.html#Options
check under storage controllers

FYI

RAID ADG is a standard feature of SA-6404, SA-6402 and SA-5304
