HP DL380 G4 No Video After Memory Upgrade

We have an HP DL380 Server. When upgrading memory from 2gb to 8gb using 4x2GB Dual Ranked PC2-3200 DIMMS we get no video. If we switch back to the 2x1GB PC2-3200 Single Rank modules, the system works fine. We also are unable to boot using the 4x2gb and 2x1gb with the memory in the correct slots, as shown on HP's site.
