HP DL380 G5 & VSS erro
Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 x64
(Service pack 2 - it was supposed to fix the problem)
When trying to run ntbackup we get the following:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: VSS
Event Category: None
Event ID: 12302
Date: 10/3/2007
Time: 11:51:01 AM
User: N/A
Computer: FZ0001
Description:
Volume Shadow Copy Service error: An internal inconsistency was detected in trying to contact shadow copy service writers. Please check to see that the Event Service and Volume Shadow Copy Service are operating properly.
We have tried everything searchable on google, technet and MS KB to no avail... please help.
