HP DL380 G5 windows server 2003 sp2, disconnects usb

Hi,

it concerns an HP dat72 external usb tape drive, lately we are having the problem that windows does not see the tape drive anymore, strangely Backup exec 11d does. But when i try to do an tape eject backup exec says that it cannot find the library.

Also the server gets an BSOD now and then, i've read the crashdump and it comes with the folowing;

Hey.

If you havn't already update the proliant supportpack to latest and the latest driver. Sounds like you have an corrupt or otherwise bad driver.
