Re: HP DL380 G6 Server - Not Booting
hi Torsten,
got onto the POST screen, it displays the following (apologies can't upload the photos):
Broadcon NetXtreme II Ethernet Boot Agent v6.0.11
Copyright (C) 2000-2010 Broadcom Corporation
All rights reserved.
Press Ctrl-S to enter Configuration Menu
Integrated Lights-Out 2 Standard
ILO 2 v2.09 Apr 11 2012 <IP unknown>
Slot 0 HP Smart Array P410i Controller Initializing...
It keeps flashing Initializing... and has been for about 5 mins,
any ideas?
Much appreciated,
Tombstone

Hope this helps!

Re: HP DL380 G6 Server - Not Booting
If you still get the failure, you probably need a new system board.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: HP DL380 G6 Server - Not Booting
Hello, I know it's been almost 3 years since this post had it's last comment, but I've had the exact same issue:
When I booted, the RAID controller hung at the "Initialiazing" stage
Now, I get a self-check failure on my controller
What did you end up doing to fix this? My drives are all healthy, but when I removed the cache module, I got a different set of errors?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
