Hi,

Usually, Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, is related to Graphics Drivers but not all Bug Check 0x3B can be related to video drivers.

I would suggest to udpate Graphics and Chipset drivers for your server.

Also check the Windows Event Logs for BSOD messages.

If you look into Memory Dump for the file name or process name that caused this BOSD, it will be more helpfull to fix the issue.

Thank You!

Hi,

Thank you for your replay.

I have installed latest Video Driver like https://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=mmr_kc-0116204

The server is used as Terminal Server.

Re: HP DL380p Gen8 - Win2012R2 Bluescreen

Hi all,

I have repeated BSOD :(....

dxgkrnl.sys+59df7

ntoskrnl.exe+15c7e9

RDPUDD.dll+9275

I have found our DirectX isn't up to date. I installed last updates to the server.
I hope it will be ok now...
