HP DL560 G1 - The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Scsi\ql2300

Hello,

For a couple a months i'm getting this error "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Scsi\ql2300" on the event viewer of 2 servers, as you can see in the image that i attached to the message, it happens 3 times every 2minutes.
This is happening on 2 servers HP DL560 G1 with Windows Server 2003 Std Edition SP2, witch have virtual disks on a HP EVA 3000. The driver version for the Qlogic Fiber Channel Adapter is 9.1.3.11. For now, this error isn't causing any impact in the applications that are running on the servers.
Any thoughts on how to stop this error to happen?
