HP Dataprotector 5.5 Disaster Recovery DL380 G4 -Fails

We are trying to recover a DL380 G4 server with ASR.
The problem is that we can't get a network connection to the Cell Manager for restore.

ASR runs untill network configuration, then it fails.
With ASR, We tried to open a CMD, but no NIC is seen.
Tried several things:
- Adding drivers to ASR.sif (several drivers)
See attachment for the ASR.sif.
- tried several W2k3 disks to boot from (w2k3 std - with SP1 / and without SP1)

configuration:
- Cell manager: HP DP 5.5 latest patch-level.
- Server: Win2k3 SP1
- NIC are 2 teamed integrated Broadcom NIC's
- 2 Logical drives (1 * Raid 1 for C: // 1 * Raid 5 for Data)

Disaster: Simulated HD failure (swapped original drives for same (or bigger) empty drives. (simulated disaster)

So HW and patchlevels all stay the same.

ASR disk set is created with Cellmanager.
