HP Diagnostic CD Image for Proliant DL160 G6?

Does anyone know where I can get this image so I can burn it to CD for diagnostics at boot up?

I know I'm resurrecting a post from 2010 but that link doesn't work anymore. Any ideas where the CD ISO can be found now?
