HP Dl385 g7 All server DIMMs are in Amber and even without any DIMM installed.
Hello World,
HP Proliant Dl385 G7 OPTERON 6180SE
I can’t get this server to boot. From information on the ‘System Insight Display’:
[1] The Health LED colour is red
[2] All the DIMMs are in Amber and even without any DIMM installed.
Any solution from anyone?
Thanks

Re: HP Dl385 g7 All server DIMMs are in Amber and even without any DIMM installed.
it could be a faulty processor or processor socket (system board).
If you have 2 processors test with each one only in socket one. You may also test with system rom update and reset of bios to factory defaults.
