HP - Emulex - SMI-S - HPSIM

So i have setup HPSIM to monitor my MSA storage. I then noticed that its possible to connect my SMI-S proxy to the HP branded Fiber cards in windows servers. However, i cannot find a installer for windows server 2008 (32 or 64 bit).

Here is the info i'm following.

Is it possible for 2008?
Is there another way? via Emulex perhaps?

It seems that I should even be able to poll this via WMI which would be awesome.
