HP Event Notifier Config on Windows SBS 2008

I cannot receive emails from the HP Event Notifier Config on Windows SBS 2008. I've used the config:

 

support@email.com

SERVERNAME

support@email.com

 

Anyone know the correct way of configuring event notifier and exchange to allow the emails through? Anti virus is not the problem.
