HP H241: HPCISSS3 Event ID 5008 and 129 during backup to MSL2024

Recently I noticed HPCISSS3 events 129 in companion with 5008 in the Windows System Event log during backups,

The events indicate that a SCSI reset is being isued on the  H241 HBA to which a MSL2024 Library is connected.

This reset, offcourse, results in failing backups to the tape devices.

Anyone also noticed this behaviour ?

Server used is a DL360 Gen9 with a P441ar, a P441 with a D3600 and a H241 with a MSL2024

Server is running WIndows 2012 R2 with a recent SPP.

We are having this same issue using a very similar setup.  Server is a DL380 Gen9, also using an H241 and MSL2024.

Also running Windows 2012 R2 fully updated.
