HP Insight Diagnostics Fatal Error

Installed HP Insight Diagnostics Online Edition for Windows Server 2003/2008 Version: 8.6.0.3755 (10 Sep 2010) on a Proliant DL360 G3.

Using this URL: https://localhost:2381/hpdiags/frontend2/startup.php

I get this error
"Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in C:\hp\hpsmh\data\htdocs\hpdiags\frontend2\startup.php on line 16"

Ideas? Thanks..

Hi Steve,
Did you only install "Insight Diagnostics Online Edition" or you installed entire support pack?
here are few things you can try, if you haven't.
1.Add the URL to trusted sites.
2.Enable Java /JavaScript
3.Accept all cookies
4.Log on to System Management Homepage, and try launching Insight Diagnostics Oline from SMH
5.Use different browser.
6.Uninstall Insight Diagnostics Online Edition, and install the entire Proliant Support Pack and then check.

Thanks for ideas. We are working with HP on another issue on a companion server right now, and updating PSPs there. Will do so on this server after that issue is complete.
