HP Insight Diagnostics Online Edition - Page Cannot Be Displayed

I just installed the HP Insight Diagnostics Online Edition for Windows on my Windows 2003 Prolian DL320.. I try to launch it and get page cannot be displayed every time.. Not sure what I need to do..

URL is https://localhost:2381/hpdiags/frontend2/startup.php. I also tried from a different computer changing from localhost to the IP and still no luck.

I've had this same issue on numerous DL320's that I tried installing and getting this working on.

Please advise.

It sounds like the "System Management Homepage" may not be started. The possible causes may be:

1) HP SMH package was not installed.
2) HP SMH package is installed but not started.
3) HP SMH is started but firewall is blocking access.

Are you able to verify whether these conditions are occurring?
