Solution
The diagnostic doesn't give detail in regards to exactly what it's trigging on so it's hard to tell.
Is it still under warranty?
If so why not get HP to replace the disk?
Apparently HP's software thinks there is something wrong with the disk.. Why have a diagnostic tool if you can't trust the results?
Anyway, as far as what I could see (I'm not an expert on ADU reports..) there weren't any major issues (hard read errors) on the disks, so they should be in good status.

Re: HP Insight Diagnostics reports "This drive has FAILED and should be replaced."
Ok, so, should I close this thread, is there any other idea?
By the way I am posting a new thread with a similar problem in another server. Please check it if it is possible.
