HP Insight Foundation Agents Properties
H90 DL380, Window 2008 r2.
Not able to start the service of HP Insight Foundation Agents in manual and Automatic.
Message :
Winodws could not start the HP Insight Foundation Agents service on Local Computer.
Error : 1608 : The dependency service or group failed to start.

Check the below solution. If this does not work out then please log a case with HPE along with AHS and OS logs.
To resolve this issue, verify the number of dependencies attached to the WMI service by running the command:
CMD /K SC QC WINMGMT
The only dependency service for WMI should be the RPCSS service, and if there are any other services listed other than RPCSS, try removing them and then restarting the service.
To do this, follow the steps below:
Click Start, Run and type Regedit.exe.
Go to the following registry hive:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\winmgmt
Modify value of DependOnService and set data to RPCSS.
Close Regedit and restart Windows.
