HP Insight Mgmt Foundation Agents won't install even though SNMP is running
Curiously, when I ran hpsum.bat to install the HP utilities, cp023853 was marked with a little red dot. I know I can't complete the installation if any driver has a red dot next to it, but other than that, what does it mean?
How can I get rid of the red dot?

Hi,
If a driver/package has Red Dot it usually means that the driver is not compatible with the system or supporting hardware/software is missing.
In some cases, the Red Dot appears if Administrator Rights are required to install that package.
