HP Insight Server Agents Service won't start

DL360 G4, running Windows 2003 Server.

Installed proliant support pack 7.4

HP Insight Server Agents Service and thus HP Insight Foundation Agents Service also won't start and it doesn't say why.

Is there a log or something I can check to get an idea of what's going wrong?

All agents from control Panel set in the window as Inactive?

That might gave you some ideas.
