HP Insight Server Agents service hangs on starting

Server is a ProLiant ML310 G5p.
OS is Windows SBS 2008 SP2.
PSP is 8.25a
Server is recently built.

Often after a reboot of the server, the HP Insight Server Agents service (cqmgserv.exe) hangs in Starting state with the process continuously running 25% cpu time.

The only way to correct it is to reboot the server again.

Killing the process and trying to restart the service only results in the same hanging in Starting mode.

Anyone have any idea how to correct this?

I am having this same issue. Did you find a resolution?

Shane, the resolution was to uninstall all of the Insight agents and reinstall the PSP. That has fixed the problem every time. Why it happens to begin with I have not found out.
