HP Insight foundation agents can't start

Hi.

We have two DL580 gen9 with windows server 2012 R2 in a failover cluster. SPP 2016.04.0 is installed, Drivers, firmwares and tools.. We use the HP Insight management agents (SNMP). the version installed is 10.40.0.0
Now to the problem, the service HP Insight Foundation Agents won't start. I get the error message:
"Windows could not start the HP Insight Foundation Agents Service on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly."
and an error in the application log:
Faulting application name: cqmghost.exe, version: 10.40.0.0, time stamp: 0x5642df71
Faulting module name: CPQCLUS.DLL, version: 10.40.0.0, time stamp: 0x5642df75

I tried Uninstalling the agents and reinstalling them but no change in behavior. (tried both 10.30.00 and 10.40.00). With the error refering to cpqclus.dll i figured i try removing the Cluster Information from active agents in the HP management Agents settings in the control panel.
After i've done that the service starts as it should.
Some additional info, Microsoft SQL was uninstalled and removed from cluster management and then reinstalled and added to the cluster. After that procedure we started to see this issue with the service.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this issue? Are there any type of persistent cache in the HP agents that i can clear so it reads new info from cluster or something that might enable it start with the cluster information agent anebled?

Best regards
