HP KVM Console software installation issue

I know I found the resolution before for this issue on the forums but I cannot find it.

The problem is the HP KVM Console software 3.0 won't install on a Windows 2003 Server operating system. I have tried running in compatibility mode as Windows 2000 but it does not work. I know there is a company that makes the HP KVM Console software that does work but forgot the name of it. Anybody know the name of the maker?
