HP ML 370 G5 - WINDOWS 2003 Doesn't Load

HP ML 370 G5 - WINDOWS 2003 Doesn't Load.
Windows 2003 STD edition SP2
Problem occured after opening HP online diagnostics , the system was un responsive till 66 %.
Hard reboot done , using F8 option tried to load windows in safe Mode / Last Known good Config...
But No HDD response , and screen is completely blank.

I could Reset the NVRAM switch to ON position ans start the server , after receiving Message on screen to reset the NVRAM switch , reset the NVram switch to original position and vola server worked as normal,
