HP ML110 G5 - Bios update

Hi , pls help, I just update me server ML 110 G5 bios and fans is running at full speed. What a mess , I tried all but still, reverting to original bios also is not working !!

Try the following:
1) upgrade BIOS to version 2009.10.09

Don't power off the server, wait until operating system will boot

2) upgrade LO100 to version 3.20

Wait until operating system will boot.
Next shut down the OS and power off the server. Disconnect power cord for at least 30s and reconnect. Power on the server.

THe first update itself display the following message " Full screen mode is not supported " the it close down.

The second one give me an closing error !

The message given to me is NTVDM .exe has stop working !

Now bigger problem if i update to bios ver : 2009.10.09 , I lose network connection, "NTVDM. Exe has stop working" again appear if the 2 following update you recommended is installed
