HP ML350 G4P Buying new cpu help!
i am looking to upgrade to dual Xeon 3.2ghz. I found one for sale but im not sure if i need a certain model. The one I have found is INTEL XEON 3.2GHZ CPU, 533FSB, 1MB L3 CACHE. SOCKET 604, INTEL CODE : BX80532KE3200ESL72Y
Would you be able to tell me if it will fit and work correctly? if it won't can you please tell me what I need.

120 euro for the cooler (from HP)
160 euro for the voltage regulator (from HP)
