HP ML350G5 SAS DISK

My server is a HP PROLIANT ML350 G5 XE 2-2X6MB 2GB/0 E200 SAS SFF
Today I have 146GB 10K SAS, can I replace them with 900GB 12K SAS
HP HEWLETT PACKARD, artno: 785069-B21

The carrier the drives are mounted in will not work in your system. This part number is for a newer generation server.

Also 900GB drives are not supported by the E200 controller.

You can use 900GB drives in this server by installing a P400 controller - the Spare Part Nr. for the drives would then be 619463-001
