I would like to ask if ACU for linux could be installed ? One of the Harddisk tray led no light, but no error detected.

You can boot with SmartStart CD and run ACU or ADU from there. Also Insight Diagnostics, that will tell you if something is wrong with the hardware.
CentOS is not a supported OS in proliant servers and I cannot even assure you that ACU or ADU for linux will work on it.

Re: HP ML350R05 With Centos 4.5 installed
Hi,
vcespon is right. Since CentOS isn't a supported OS, you can't find a download for it. However, the rpm meant for Red Hat should do.
The rpm normally executes a script to check if the rpm is being used on a supported OS. You can use the --nopre or --noscripts switch with the rpm command to ensure that the rpm installs fine.
Check this thread, where this method worked (but on opensuse 10.2 >> SLES 10)
