the unit has power. there are 2 beeps before the server boot-up.

T05 looks like a quad core cpu option for a ML350 G5. So assuming this is a G5, the two beeps are possible memory mismatch. Page 93 of user guide.

Other than that follow general trobleshooting in the user guide, check for loose connections, remove extra hardware etc.
