HP ML370 Start up Error

We purchased a new ML 370 Server and have not used it for about 5 months now. We powered it on recently and it gives off a long beeps with exactly same long pauses in between beeps.

We cannot diagnose what the problem is. HP web site cannot direct us to any place to understand these error beep codes and diagnose the problem.

Does anyone have any idea what the beep means and how we can solve the problem?

What generation of your server?
Look on red lights on motherboard.
