HP NC-Series Broadcom 1Gb Multifunction Driver for Windows Server 2003 - v4.6.17.0
This is a terrible NIC driver. Do not use it. Even 4.6.16.0 is a bad driver. The installation is terrible and on half the servers I have attempted either, it fails or wipes out the NIC card settings.
I would stick with 4.4.23.0 or 4.4.24.0
Also, 4.6.17.0 is not Server 2003 certified so you have to click "Continue anyway" before it lets you.
Don't use this driver.
