Hi.
I want to connect two DL380/G5 with those network card using a DAC cable. Is is possible to do it without using a switch?

Re: HP NC522SFP Dual Port 10GbE Server Adapter
If the quickspecs for the NC522SFP show support for a DAC I believe the chances of it working are quite good. You should order one/some of the DACs listed as supported in the NC522SFP's quickspecs.
A DAC is more than just a cable - it is two transceivers hardwired to a cable. There are IDs on the transceivers, IDs which can and are checked to various degrees by various kit - which is why one should try to stick with "supported" DACs for the kit you are using.
(Minor nit - DAC stands for "Direct Attach Cable" which means "DAC cable" is a bit redundant :)
