i have the same issu with my nic on hp prolian ml 350 g4 the nic disconnect and when i try to reinstall it windows cant install the networkcard
i rstored the system with last good config and it works

Not being further Windows-savvy I'm afraid I'm tapped-out. The official support channels would probably be the next stop.

if you mean by official support channels means "HP" support tech i been in contact with them and the did the folloing
change motherboard but the problem always there

I have seen this problem before , mostly you nic cant handle trafic data , you need to change board or get a external nic

Try the following:
Start > Control Panel > HP Management Agents and deactivate "NIC Information" Agent that may have be enabled by default... Once you disable you may not see any difference, so start the agent again.. You will see the network link recovering its connection..Once the connection is up, disable the "NIC Information" Agent and the connection will stop bouncing. It worked for me.. Until now I have 4 days of persistent network connection without any bouncing.. :]
