HP Network Config Util keeps crashing

Everytime, we try to open HP NCU it crashs with the following error

Hardware : 580G7 (HP NC375i Integrated Quad Port)

OS: 2008 R2

HP NCU version : 10.65.0.6

Uninstall / Reinstall didn't change anything. Previous version seem to lead to the same error.

Any idea ?
