HP Network configuration utility - Dot1q Vlan

I just received my new Hp Server ( 9 of them - ML350 and ML110 ) Looking at the setup for network cards and see that the utility has the ability to setup vlan's - I have Server 2008R2 standard and was wondering how this works on that OS. I thought about having the cards ( 2) setup as 2 different segment addresses but multihoming is not a good idea on WIndows Servers correct?  I have Vlan segments 2 and 5 that handle wired and wireless traffic.

I can not find any documentation on the utility  can any one offer some advice?
